Jonathan came out today to provide us a quote on some work and it was a very pleasant and honest conversation. There wasn't any pressure sales tactics, no pushiness to explore additional services, he answered our questions, provided several written estimates (for various options), and offered to walk through even more details with competitors' offers if we had questions about how similar the solutions were. His quote was competitive with another one we got last year too. He also noticed a plumbing issue with a fairly recent (3yrs ago) water softening installation which was extremely helpful and something all other companies had missed, so clearly he has good attention to detail and is well trained.

We had both of our heating units replaced ($$$) along with work done on the ducts and airflow to improve efficiency. Service techs were fantastic - knowledgeable, fast, clean and helpful. However, the process for working with Go Green to get the rebate from Duke Energy for the new HVAC systems has been beyond frustrating. Despite multiple phone calls and outreach, we are getting nowhere. We're now outside of the 90-day application period and it looks unlikely that we'll get the rebate. It's unfortunate that something that seemed so simple has completely ruined what was a really good experience.

Our experience with Go Green was so pleasant. This has not been the first time we've used this company for our needs at our home. Each time they have been timely, transparent, thorough, and kind. Jonathan, our assigned senior service technician, was a pleasure to work with! He was so patient, personable, and extremely knowledgeable. He went above and beyond in answering our questions, addressing our concerns, considering our needs, and ensuring that we could trust him throughout the process. We would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a job well done with superior work ethic and professional experience.

Jon was absolutely amazing! He was very thorough and straight forward when asking me what I wanted with my plumbing and giving me many customizable quotes at different price points if I wanted to do the work in phases. He was very nice and talked to me like a friend instead of a cash cow, like other businesses that gave me quotes. He was honest about what I needed and what things were not something that needed to be addressed right now. Everyone else gave me doom and gloom estimates as if I was on the verge of catastrophic failure of all systems. If you want honest information without the high pressure, pushy sales tactics, I absolutely recommend calling Jon! Thank you again Jon!

This month, I've had quite a bit of work done by Go Green. It all began with a service call on my 10 year old HVAC system, which I already suspected was on its way out. I'd had it serviced in the past by a different company, but after seeing advertising from Go Green on TV, reading some online reviews, and visiting their website, I decided to give them a try. A thorough inspection of my HVAC was completed. They listened to my concerns and asked the right questions, then gave me multiple repair scenarios to address the issues they found. Ultimately, we decided to go with a full replacement. Installation of the new system was scheduled for two days later, which is an incredible turnaround time for that large of a project. After installation, I felt that something still wasn't quite right. I reached out with my concerns and they sent someone out the same day who was able to fix the issue completely. As part of their Family Value Plan, I also had an electrical inspection completed yesterday. I knew I had a breaker in my panel that would trip intermittently, and they got right to the bottom of it. They also explained how building codes had changed since my home was constructed, and advised what upgrades they would recommend. We decided on a plan of action and everything was handled same day, much quicker than I anticipated. Everyone that I have come into contact with at Go Green, from the ladies who answer the phone, the service techs on both the HVAC and electrical sides, the HVAC installation team, to the sales team has been personable, professional, and a pleasure to deal with. They have gone out of their way to be transparent in every step of every process, and have really exceeded my expectations. Go Green will be my go-to from now on.
