IT Services of Utah has consistently provided superior service to this law firm for several years now. The world is wonderful until the day you arrive at your office and there is a problem with your computer network or someone’s workstation. IT Services of Utah promptly responds every time we have a problem and amaze me how quickly they can diagnose and fix a problem. The firm installed a new network and many new workstations in 2015. The transition from the old network to the new network was nearly seamless. The downtime was so short when we made the transition to the new network, the attorneys hardly noticed. Working with this company is always easy. Their receptionist Carmen ( I may have gotten that wrong) she is a star and Rusty is always willing to solve the problem for me.
