I cannot say enough about Adam and Kevin at PC Innovation Computers! I took my laptop to PC Innovation Computers and spoke to Adam what I was experiencing with my laptop. He said it sounded like a hard drive problem and that he would look into it and get back to me. He contacted me the next day and confirmed that it was the hard drive and that he went ahead and replaced it with another and improved hard drive but detected the mother board was failing. He didn’t think it would be worth it for me to invest more money since it was a 5 year old laptop. I purchased a new laptop from Costco and took it to Adam to transfer all my files, my personal folders in Outlook, all the required software, and whatever else needed to be done for me to be able to use it when I took it home. Between Adam and Kevin I was able to have a functional laptop once again! The care and the time that was invested by Adam and Kevin went above and beyond, and I will not be going anywhere else with any future related computer issues. They have won my trust, my confidence in their expertise, knowledge and integrity. I highly recommend them and I would give them more than a five stars review if I could.

I only have one experience with them but they were great! They thought I had a virus in my laptop, and said they would need it for a day or two and it would cost between $100 and $200. I hated to be without my laptop and spend that much money on it, but I had no choice. Two hours after I dropped it off, they called and said it was an issue with the touchscreen. No virus. One hour labor charge: $62. And they cleaned the hard drive and loaded a couple of updates. Great service. Very competent and honest.

Kevin and his team are amazing. They fixed up my laptop in record time and my laptop is working beautifully! Basically brand new! Everything that I had told them to fix they fixed! I’m so so happy I came across them and will plan on using them for any PC issue I have from now on. Geek Squad who? PC Innovations are your guys! They are priced great and they do quality work. You won’t regret coming here. I highly recommend them! If you have PC issues, don’t think twice about calling them, just call them!
