Jessica was super responsive through the whole process. She worked with me from out of state to coordinate carpet cleaning for an apt. That we will be moving into. Called me during the cleaning to clarify what we wanted done, and even sent comparison pics. Of before/after. Amazing difference! Highly recommend!
