Dominic, Alex, & Caleb got it set up, Mike hooked it up to my natural gas, and Larry and Caleb got it started up. I'm pleased with their professionalism and knowledge, and prior reviews of this company make me comfortable with the whole deal. I had another quote from a different company that was much higher, and when I saw the poor reviews of that company for any followup services needed the choice was obvious. The only hiccup was due to Duke Energy - if you have Duke your power might be out longer than necessary during install - but that's Duke, not the Generator Supercenter.

Alex and Dominic were both extremely friendly, polite, personable, professional, and competent. Both went out of their way to help & to insure I was happy with the installation. Dominic went the extra mile by staying late to make sure everything was perfect, & he instilled confidence in me relevant to the generator. He’s a kind, thoughtful man who obviously cares about & enjoys working at Generator Superstore. Only one negative: When I asked them to turn the cement base so the smooth, more attractive side was facing out, they were unable due to the screw set up, so now the unsightly side with some word no one can read is permanently showing.

Nicholas - our sales person - and his team of technicians did a great job on installing our standby generator. Here in Mount Airy, North Carolina we've had a series of storms and outages - the last couple years - that have increased with an aging tree cover leading to a lot of our neighbors trees - going down during storms and taking out the power lines - resulting on average of a couple of days without power. Nichols and his team were able to get our generator installed and coordinate with our local gas company to get gas hook up so now we have a working standby generator for our future needs. The team was professional knowledgeable and very customer friendly.
