Yesterday, Beau Garrison & his crew came out and installed a new downstairs HVAC system. They did a great job in making sure the install was done right. The duct work and cabling was neatly installed & the old unit hauled off & the site cleaned up. Afterwards, Beau was very patient in showing my wife & me how to connect our phones to our new smart thermostat. Today, Ronny came out to check out my upstairs unit to verify that it was also in good working order. He showed great attention to detail in carefully going over the inside and outside components. Very impressed with him & his knowledge. He fixed some issues that another company’s HVAC person had messed up. I’d highly recommend Garrison & Garrison for their quality work and great customer service.

I've been a G & G customer for over 10 years now and have been extremely satisfied with them always. Today, February 24, Roberto came to do my regular maintenance which was fortuitous as my unit acted up through the night and was not blowing hot air. Roberto spend 2+ hours at my house troubleshooting the problem until he had it all figured out and then repaired. After getting that done he did the regular maintenance and went on his way. He was friendly, professional, explained what he was doing every step of the way, and voila! The house is warm again thanks to him. And at no cost to me. This was the second time my unit acted up and the last time I was charged the maintenance call which I did not have a problem paying, but the problem wasn't fixed. It is now thanks to Roberto. I always recommend G & G whenever I know anyone needs their service. After Roberto being here today I hope I get him for the next service. Kudos to him!

My wife and I have used Garrison & Garrison for almost twenty years. They are always professional, reliable and their prices are reasonable. After many years we had a problem with the inside coil and they fixed it under warranty and did a great job! Their Technician Ronnie was at our home today to perform a semi annual inspection service to our HVAC unit and really went out of his way to answer my questions and like all the techs throughout the years was very friendly and informative. They are a great company to use.

Roberto, Juan and Jonathan did a great job installing our replacement heat pump. It was a very difficult installation because of space for the air handler and they took the time to do it right. They cleaned up everything, pointed out a problem we had with a shut off switch related to our generator so that we could get that fixed and we were very pleased with the service we got we have been a customer of Garrison and Garrison for 40 years.
