We have had Michael May come to our church to troubleshoot and repair so many defects in our system based mostly on poor equipment and/or substandard installation by the initial contractor. He has always been the epitome of a knowledgeable professional. He has also shown great de-escalation and conflict resolution skills. When he is around, we have no worries. Today, he brought Kevin Charles with him and together they not only got the job done but also eased the anxiety level of the trustee who met them out here until I arrived. I am the chief engineer at the Residence Inn in Huntsville AL. Koorson is our vendor who monitors our alarm system. I have never had a problem with the service from this company from the first call to the last. Michael May came out and fixed my fire alarm and was very informative showing and teaching me the ins and outs of the system furthering my education to help out with my job and the hotel. I really appreciate this company and Michael May for the service and education provided. Definitely deserving of the five-star rating.
