Great customer service experience…..from ease of scheduling, to solid communication, understanding, knowledgeable and friendly. Rich and team were incredible and very responsive. Rich helped to ease my mind and I could tell that he truly cares about his clients and that he takes pride in what he does. Rich came to my mom’s new condo after she saw a mouse in the kitchen. He checked all possible entries and sealed them up immediately and effectively. Rich was highly knowledgeable, professional, and extremely kind. Garfield has serviced our home for over 25 years and we have been pest free and happy. We highly recommend them.
Saw a review for Garfield pest controll on Facebook. Decided to give them a call for a hornet nest inside the eave of my house. Rich was sent out next day. Super professional and fair pricing. He explained the process they use and suited up. Gotta give the chemicals time to work, but overall pleased with the service.
