Communication and scheduling issues outweigh the effective pest control. The team would show up unannounced and would begin spraying TALSPAR P before my pregnant wife had a chance to vacate the property. The first time this happened, I asked the team to call before service appointments, but they did not. There should have been notes in my file with my requests and circumstance, but they did not have the documentation.
Matt was wonderful to work with. He answered all my questions and eased my concerns. The treatment was completed quickly. Also, the office manager was understanding of my issues and responded accordingly. This whole process was easy and at a reasonable price. I will definitely be using Precision for any of my future “pests” needs. You should too!!
This company is amazing. Second time they’ve been to our house for two different hives and after our daughter got stung three times yesterday and now our grandson today they came out immediately and took care of it very professional very reasonable and we highly recommend this company. Thank you so much 😊
