Your installation crew was very proficient - the foreman really ran a tight ship and had everything under control. As promised, it was done in a day. I must mention how incredible Katrina Brooks was in presenting your product to us. She knew everything inside-out — the materials the shower is made of, how they were all put together during construction, what all the options were regarding choosing color and style, and even how the plumbing works. She was totally professional, informed and a delight to interact with. When it came time to talk about financing, she was familiar with every conceivable possibility. Her presentation to us was the whole reason we went with your company and didn’t pursue any others. A+ for the product and installation and A+++ for Katrina’s help and guidance. We are Over the Moon impressed with our New Showers! We had the Master Bathroom & the Kid’s Bathroom Showers Remodeled. The work Bath Flip did was Gorgeous! The Bathrooms look like fancy hotel showers; an Oasis to our lives! We are more than happy we chose Bath Flip! Very clean and professional. The contractor even showed up in messy Maine snowy weather!
