Gracias is the best bicycle shop around. Jose is very professional and efficient. I didn’t exactly have the funds to pay for my bike to get assembled and he worked with me on the price. Did a perfect job. I rode it to work today for the first time and felt fully confident and safe knowing Jose put it all together. No matter what type of bike you ride- this is the spot for service and repairs. Always a good feeling supporting our small business owners.

Ask if he could fix my wheel said he could inspected it and everything took the wheel and took my money as well because he needed a deposit no problem. Said it could be ready the next day but I told him I don't have the money and would be able to pay the rest the following week same day. Today is Saturday, no wheel and the job could not be done not even the day posted on the receipt he gave to me either. I told him everything out front but still he accepted the money. Ask the same question today that he asked last week. This is terrible business. Now I'm also being charged to purchase the rim as well. Why accept the job knowing you can do what's being asked of you?????
