I called Sal’s Auto and spoke with John because my vehicle was vibrating for a few days. I had my engine mounts replaced elsewhere a few months ago. John expressed, that I will need to make arrangements for transportation due to the location of my issue, so that my vehicle can be throughly assessed. I arrived to the shop, and was greeted by Sal. Sal attentively listened to my concerns and took the time to briefly looked at my car. He explained and showed me the area where the mount had an issue. Sal suggested I take my vehicle back to the previous mechanic who did the work. Sal intentions were good and wanted to save me additional out of pocket cost. I declined to go back to my previous mechanic because I respected Sal’s honesty and I felt he was trustworthy. I was comfortable and confident leaving my car with Sal and his staff to take more time to assess the issue and complete the repair although it would be an additional cost to me. Sal was professional and courteous at all time during this process. He gave me his word he will get back to me later that day with a full assessment and quote, and he did. Sal and staff attention and workmanship for my car was excellent, and the problem was resolved. I picked up my vehicle , it was in excellent condition and I had no more vibration, problem resolved. I would take my car back to Sal’s Auto anytime because of their professionalism, honesty, transparency, knowledge, courteous, respectful, trustworthy, workmanship and excellent communication Sal’s Auto stands by their word and their workmanship which is very rare today.
