Hi, I didn't think I was going to have to do this, but I can't stay silent. A few weeks ago, I took my minibike to this place to get it checked out. They checked it out and told me the cylinder and piston needed replacing. I bought the parts, and when I took them to the shop, I realized they had scratched my gas tank. A few weeks ago, I took my minibike to this place to get it checked out. They checked it out and told me the cylinder and piston needed replacing. I bought the parts, and when I took them to the shop, I realized they had scratched my gas tank. All the plastics on the bike, including the gas tank, were painted in April, two months before I took it to them to be fixed. When I complained to the owner, he wanted to make it look like I had brought the bike like that. So I asked him to check the cameras, and he told me the outside cameras wouldn't show the scratched part of the tank. Then I realized there was a camera inside the shop that looked exactly where they placed my bike the day I brought it, and it was clear that I had brought it without any scratches. I asked him to show me the video from that camera and he told me then that they were going to repair it, because he realized that that camera was going to confirm what I was saying. When I went the next day I realized that they had put a protective cover over the scratched area and I told him it was already repaired. I told him I didn't want that, that I wanted my motorcycle just as I delivered it to them. He told me that with that cover the scratch wouldn't be visible, and I told him no, that I knew the scratch was there anyway, that I wanted my tank just as I delivered it to them. In the end, I called a bodywork friend of mine who owns a bodywork shop and he charged me $150 to repair the tank, then the owner deducted the $150 from the total price of the repair. When they called me a few days later to pick up my motorcycle, I took the motorcycle, test-drove it right there, and mounted it in my SUV. I took it with me because all I wanted was to get out of there. When I got my motorcycle out of my SUV yesterday, I realized that they had scratched the seat, the big fender, and to top it all off, they even marked one of the seat bolts as not belonging to my motorcycle, and they removed the original one. Maybe they thought I wouldn't notice. What you don't know is that I made a video of the motorcycle before giving it to them, and that I even put all the original bolts back on the same day I took it to them. Finally, I forgot the parts they changed on my motorcycle there, and they didn't even call me to tell me, but I don't want them anymore. If you want to take your motorcycle there, think twice. Here's how my motorcycle was the day I took it there and how it was delivered. And just in case, I have proof of what I said about the conversations when I complained about the guy, since my glasses record audio and video, and every time I went, I had them on for that very purpose, in case you want to refute me. In short, I don't recommend them at all. Horrible service. The worst experience I've ever had in a mechanic's shop.
