Not a bad place to avoid the heat, but enjoy a little reasonably priced arcade action. It's fun, clean, and small enough to keep a good overview of where all your kiddos are. It is also not too loud. Only down side is there is no bathroom. The closest bathroom is in Belks, on the second floor, about 5 - 10 walk. Not ideal when you've purchased a timed card.
If you are African American and Alex (if that's her name) is there do not go there. She was very invasive and rude and did not want my son in there which he is 2. This was Sunday 12/08/2024 and we were the only people in there. We had a spill proof cup and she demanded we leave or leave it on the counter in a very rude way. She followed us the entire time as if I don't know how to watch my child. While she followed us she told me I could not put my son on and off rides so I feel if this is necessary than please let this not be a place for toddlers. I feel she was finding things to say so we would we just leave. I viewed this as a racial thing based on other good reviews on customer service maybe me and my two year old were the wrong color.
We had my sons 7th birthday party here today and we were SO happy with everything. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The kids had a great time too! My daughter wants to have her party here later in the year now. Definitely will stop in when at the mall too!
We celebrated our sons 10th Birthday here with a private party and it was wonderful! Maria and Quinton were very kind, attentive, and professional! Everyone had a blast. We would definitely do this again!
