In store had a nice experience with being helped on pricing but when I called the following day asking about controller repairs I was told they don’t given that you can buy a new standard controller for the same price but the controller that I was trying to fix runs for about $160-180 and didn’t mind paying 80 dollars but was cut off and told straight up no without getting to explain my situation. I am disappointed in the fact that they weren’t even able to hear me out or at least put me on hold till they could give me a proper response while hearing me out.

This store saved my ass. I had a PS2 slim damage the discs on two very hard to find ps2 horror games…. One of which was rule of rose that I was borrowing from a friend 💀 …. I was losing my mind, but the nice owner of this shop has an excellent resurfacing machine and restored the loaned disc and my copy of Silent Hill 2 back to working order in five minutes. He even let me test the discs on site. It was such a relief and the owner was a very nice guy and saved the day. Excellent store, excellent service.
