I recently brought my computer to Logitium in Robbinsdale, MN, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. The team diagnosed the issue quickly, explained everything in a way that was easy to understand, and delivered the repair faster than expected. My computer now runs perfectly, and the pricing was very reasonable for the quality of work. What stood out most was their professionalism, honesty, and strong communication. They kept me updated, didn’t try to upsell anything unnecessary, and clearly take pride in doing the job right. It’s rare to find a repair shop that combines technical skill with genuinely great customer service, but Logitium absolutely does. I highly recommend Logitium to anyone needing reliable, efficient, and friendly computer repair. I’ll definitely return for any future tech issues

⭐️ ZERO STARS — DO NOT RECOMMEND I took my daughter’s iPad to Logitium a week and a half before Christmas so she could have it back as one of her main gifts. The owner told me he could fix it in 10 minutes, replaced the screen, never powered it on to test it, but took my money, and sent me on my way. The next day it still didn’t work so I took it back to him. He removed the new screen and said he needed to order another one, promising it would be done before Christmas. I contacted the store 3 days before Christmas he said he never ordered the part and that he needed more time. I mentioned that I shouldn’t have to contact him to ask for the details he said he will contact me and let me know. I never heard anything and Christmas came and went with no iPad. Every time I contacted him, I got excuses and attitude. When I went into the shop a week later, the iPad was completely taken apart with pieces everywhere. Total lack of organization and professionalism. He was very argumentative and literally going back and forth with me. He also had my Apple Watch said that he fixed it and I demanded the iPad and Apple Watch back he said he will fix the iPad and contact me once it’s finished but I can take my watch since it was done and I didn’t have to pay! I took my watch and left, just for it to not even work A few days later I went back up to the store with my daughter, and when we walked in he’s like “I’ve been trying to call you” I’m like no you haven’t I never received any calls from you, my phone works just fine! He even involved my daughter, telling her I was being mean to him, which was extremely inappropriate and made her and me uncomfortable On top of that, he kept changing his story and tried to say I owed him money after already admitting I didn’t. After we made sure the iPad worked we left! That same night my daughter is saying the iPad still turns on and off randomly. 🤦🏾‍♀️😡 This was the worst repair experience I’ve ever had. Unprofessional, dishonest, and unreliable. Save yourself the stress and go somewhere else.
