Terrible person I donated an old computer when I first moved to the area a few years later needed repairs I had dropped off my pc and waited three days before reaching out after not hearing anything. He had not even checked it yet. So when I came to retrieve it I was told to never return or I would be arrested for trust passing. What a bad person .
Took a hp to him. He checked it out and we found it was still under warranty .he told me it would be better to let the factory fix it I did and it cost me nothing to get it fixed He could have tore into it and charged me a lot But he didn't he is a honest man and knows his stuff , will definitely use again.
Took a brand new computer to have the stuff on my ready-to-die older computer to David and he did a great job. He was on time returning it and everything is perfect.
My computer was giving nothing but problems so I looked up repair services in my area and decided on Computer Medic. After dropping it off David called and said it was loaded with malware and needed to be flushed and reset. I gave him the go ahead and he did what was necessary. I picked up my computer, David explained what he had to do, answered all my questions, told me the do's and don'ts and was patient and thorough. My computer is running great and I am very happy. I move around a lot and I don't care where i am at, even if I have to mail it, Computer Medic will be my go to. The price for everything he did was very fair, not to mention Computer Medic is licensed and insured.
