I went to Full & Scale Band & Orchestra to fix the bridge and set the sound post of my double bass. I was amazed by the service I received, not to mention the quality of the work. My first email was answered super fast. When I visited the store, Vinny helped me. He was incredibly informative and patient, providing me with the education I needed to feel confident in my decisions. This is a small business at its best—prioritizing the customer's needs and fostering trust. I highly recommend them to everyone.
The best music store in the area. Joe is very helpful and accommodating. Lenny serviced my antique Selmer clarinet that was well overdue for repair. My clarinet plays perfectly now and is all shined up. While my instrument was being worked on, Joe provided timely text updates and gave me an estimate upfront. Highly recommend this shop.
