There's no one more knowledgeable than Jolene at FTS Computer Repair. My laptop was plainly too old to function effectively when I took it to her. She recommended an appropriate replacement system, recognizing my limited needs. She's been addressing our IT issues since she began her business in Florence several years ago and we trust her completely.
Jolene is very professional. Dealing with difficult people that have little understanding of computers can be frustrating to say the least. She explained things well for me and helped me feel more secure in operating my home computer.
Absolutely recommend 👌 Set up online ahead of time, Received a reminder 24 hours prior, I showed up on time and had a great first encounter. Jolene was professional and straight to the point, she was honest, and 100% efficient. She was able to give 2 options for each dilemma- made my decision making process simpler. She fixed my accessability issue with Microsoft 365, and installed VAS, a malware, etc protector! Best part...was ready well before the predicted time. Paid $370, WELL worth it. Thank you!
