Alpine Heating & Air Conditioning

Heating system went out. Quick response. Unit was over 30 years old. Was given option to repair, but parts were no longer available. Found ways to save money for a new one through EWEB and tax credits. Dropped price 30%. Good communication. Clean installation. As a Realtor, I recommend Alpine often.

Alpine installed a Ductless heat pump for us, and it has been great! They also service both of the heat pumps we have, and did a fantastic job. Our technician Justin was friendly, and he communicated clearly about the servicing and completed it in good time.

Installation of my new heat pump went very smoothly. Even though the new air exchanger had to be shoe-horned into a very tight space, the whole process, including inspection, was finished in three days. I had a very good experience with everyone involved in the project. In particular, I appreciated the installer, Alex Millard. His exceptional interpersonal skills, thoughtfulness, great communication and attention to detail made the whole process easy. Thank you!

We are a housing cooperative in Eugene and had a time-sensitive inspection from our insurance company after renewing our policy with new underwriters. After scheduling on a Friday, Gabe and his team arrived on the following Monday morning to do pre-inspection of multiple units. Almost all of the units needed GFCI updated in the kitchens and other minor electrical repairs; these were completed the same week.
