Tai is an angel. He helped fix my son’s monitor in less than a minute when I was driving and calling around town and could find no one else to help. I literally went to my car and started crying after he fixed it because of how kind he was. 😭
The gentleman was extremely polite when I called with my issue. When I went to the business, he was extremely helpful and went the extra mile to advise me what I needed to do next.
