I know I will never use this company for anything, just based on their driving. Their driver (in a road rage?) just sits at green lights not moving on a busy afternoon for what? If it wasn’t road rage then the guy might as well be Helen Keller. Green light and plenty of horn honking. Loser.

I called them to check my new house heat pump system as it was throwing very cold air during the defrost periods, and the outside unit fan won't stop during the defrost. They sent a tech who clearly said that he is not familiar with the system, and he did not look at the outside unit. he then found out the problem which was the backup heat. Then I waited about 10 days for two fuses to be replaced. They want to charge me too much for replaceing those two fuses. I paid them only the diagnostic chrage which was also too much. Also, they did not inform me the cost before sending the tech so I had no choice, but to pay them. I bought the two fuses online which cost me about 30% of what they asked. And I replaced them myself and save myself money and time. Lesson learned, I should have been looking for better company.

I called John the owner 2 times (5 days apart), regarding an annual cleaning and concern I was having with my boiler and he never called back...how could he not even extend the courtesy of a call? Thankfully I found another company that sent someone out within days and found that the parts needed to repair my boiler are covered under warranty! I will be post a review for them after the follow up service is done!
