I needed help as quick as possible to get my computer up and running. I had some issue transferring some data and I lost some files. Brian came right over and had my computer up and running in no time. He has fair prices and was very friendly. It was the first time we met and I knew right away I found the right person to address my needs. Thank you Brian!
Horrible customer service I called once to ask if my PC was done and it seemed like he couldn’t be bothered with me, he continued to brush me off then when I first get there, I’ll give them all my stuff and he tells me that it’s gonna be ready by 6:30 so I called and he’s doing a home visit then I get there to finally pick my PC up mind you first time PC Buyer in this guy didn’t mount three fans that I gave him and at the Shop he proceeds to tell me we can do it another day so I’m like cool all right so I text him the next day and tell him I’d rather get this done sooner than later. He text me back and says I’ll charge you $60 to mount the Fans when I paid him $260 to install everything in the beginning so now I have no PC with air going out and I’m constantly dropping frames and I messaged him about it and he left me on read and in mind you I’m new to this so I go scrolling and watch YouTube videos of clean PC builds and I still have my cables all in the front case when I look at everybody else’s, they’re all tucked away nice and neat not a good experience whatsoever
Stopped in for a battery replacement on an older HP laptop fully expecting to have to order it and come back... He actually had one in stock! Quick replacement and I was on my way!
This place is great. I came here on a Sunday with a fried motherboard and CPU. The owner fixed everything quickly (same day) with upgraded components. Very low pricing, and if anything happens to the new parts in the next 3 years, he said he will replace them for free. The owner was very nice and helpful. I can not recommend this place enough.
A few months back, I came to Brian looking for a graphic gaming card which he didn’t have at the time. He contacted me and kept me updated on what he could find. Brian ended finding something better for me at a great price, tax free ( I did extensive research) …. I brought my son’s pc system in today, he completely cleaned and rearranged his pc and installed the part needed that day. The system looks amazing!!!!!!!!! Thank you Brian for making my son’s graduation gift great!
