Max, the technician arrived right on time, wears a disposable shoe cover ( which i like ) friendly and very respectful. He quickly diagnosed the problem of my dryer, he fixed it and took the time to ensure it was working perfectly before leaving. Max is extremely knowledgeable, efficient and professional. Would highly recommend his service to anyone!
I had a leak in my clothes washer that was getting worse. The towel blotter I slipped under the washer to protect the floor was getting soaked. I found Arty, a fantastic diagnostic and repair man who could come within hours. I was amazed to find a plumber who come that quickly and for a $95 service call. Arty diagnosed my problem— leaking from the door. He suspected it was the rubber door seal and told me he could bring a new one and install it within a few days. And he did! His office staff were great in working with my schedule. Arty came in Friday, Jan 30, 2026 and quickly installed a new rubber door gasket and then started a load of clothes to make sure there was no leak. None! He even showed me a small hole in the old gasket where water had escaped.
