We called because the furnace kept turning on and off every few minutes. The tech diagnosed a flame sensor issue and cleaned it up fast. He also checked the thermostat calibration and airflow. Heat is steady now and the system runs way quieter.
The team was fantastic. They replaced our deteriorating chimney crown, sealed up a few missing mortar joints, and did a smoke test to make sure everything vented properly. We lit our first fire this season with confidence.
