I recently had front rotors installed on my vehicle, only to discover that the parts were cheap and defective, yet I was charged nearly $600. This resulted in not only a breakdown in service, but also the added expense of having to pay for the same repairs twice. Incredibly frustrating and unacceptable. Manager rude and unhelpful and service advisor Brad even worse. After years of service with Franklin, I will never return!
Pleased as always with the recent service Franklin provided for my Audi. It never takes long to get an appointment. My car is evaluated quickly, and I get a clear cost estimate of needed repairs texted and phone called to me (in less than an hour this time!). Discussions about my car always feel honest, and the pricing is MUCH more fair than the dealership I once used. Franklin also has a helpful shuttle service to drop off and pick up people within a short radius. Thanks to Nick their Audi guy!
Our Opel Rekord E had an oil change, a major service, and the replacement of two rubber mounts on the front axle. All work and its documentation were completed within half a day, to my complete satisfaction. A replacement vehicle was also provided. I would rate the value for money as outstanding.
