I have used The Trim Shop a few time in the last 6 months and its was the best customer service maybe I maybe have ever had in the service industry. Oh and aside from being communicative, friendly and professional their work exceeded expectations.
The Trim Shop came highly recommended to replace the armrest leather on my Honda. They have good customer service and efficient turnaround time. It only took 15 minutes to remove/replace the old piece and a couple of days to order the part. If I had known it was so easy, I would have gotten my armrest replaced years ago. Thank you!
The Trim Shop reupholstered my seats to leather and installed AC/heat to the front seats. It looks AMAZING and they were so easy to work with! The cost was very reasonable and was a great deal for all the work they did. Everyone there was friendly and easy to work with - they accommodated my schedule and had my car ready on time. Would highly recommend them to anyone!
