First off they were not open on time secondly I pre-paid for repair and I had forgotten about the boots, I asked if they give customers a courtesy call to remind the owner told me he was too busy, I told him since I prepaid they are too busy to call but if I had not paid they would have called to remind or sold my shoes, this is a crock of BS no one is so busy they can’t call a customer to remind to come get their shoes, I am sure they would need the space for future shoes… I did not like the owners attitude when asked about the call.. now about the shoes they were repaired very well that is a plus
