We have 2 restaurants in NWA and regularly use FEB in Springdale. They are pro and attentive with an amazing service team. They maintain and repair our expensive all automatic espresso machines much better than the 2 specialized espresso machine techs we have used before (not knowing FEB could). They can repair most equipment - cooking, cooling, mixers… They conveniently have on shelf the small utensil we need asap and often match equipment online prices. Bravo👏👏👏
Been shopping here for years. The customer service is top notch as is the product they sell. Wouldn't consider any other place. Highly recommend.
