The technician, Anthony, was great, professional, efficient, and did solid work after he had to go get parts. The price was quoted upfront and I agreed, not knowing the job would take under 30 minutes or be as simple as capping two water lines and one gas line with easy access. The $575 final bill later felt well above market. When I contacted the office, I did not ask for a specific price reduction. I intentionally left any adjustment to their judgment, in good faith, believing they would assess what was reasonable. Instead, I was told that because I accepted the quote, I needed to state what the job was “worth.” When I declined to name a number and asked them to determine a fair adjustment, the office manager became rude and refused any consideration. That response reflects poor customer service. A small goodwill adjustment would have kept me a satisfied, repeat customer. Unfortunately, the office response overshadowed an otherwise positive experience with the technician.

A visit yesterday from Flatirons Plumbing was a pleasure. Caesar arrived on time and immediately knew what our problem was. After checking his truck for the part that he needed (he had one), the repair was quick and our leaking drain was fixed - I had tried to repair it but knew I did not have the right part and was hesitant to attempt buying, let alone installing, what was needed. Caesar was a delight to work with, personable, knowledgeable, very focused on helping us resolve our problem, and should we have other plumbing problems in the future we shall always call Flatirons Plumbing. . . and ask for Caesar!
