UNBELIEVABLY INCREDIBLE SERVICE. Alex was more than amazing he could've been a licensed therapist! He not only walked me thru the entire process of getting my laptop back up and functioning but also helped me thru such an intense panic attack I was having over my laptop not functioning and being scared to lose precious data.
