I built a computer in Colorado (CO) for a relative in Massachusetts (MA). When the computer crashed repeatedly during initial usage in MA, I had only one day to make a decision whether to take it back to CO but the local repair shops in MA were backlogged. Urgently needing help, I called Geeks on Command and left a message. Alex called right away and offered clear, simple-to-follow diagnostic instructions. He remained super responsive throughout. UNBELIEVABLY INCREDIBLE SERVICE. Alex was more than amazing he could've been a licensed therapist! He not only walked me thru the entire process of getting my laptop back up and functioning but also helped me thru such an intense panic attack I was having over my laptop not functioning and being scared to lose precious data.
