Michael Longwell and Brian were on time, clearly communicated the plan and estimated cost, performed the work efficiently, and cleaned up thoroughly afterward. I continue to use Planet Plumbing because they’ve consistently been able to clear roots from my sewer line, something other companies told us couldn’t be done without excavating and replacing the entire line. I appreciate their honesty and practical approach. I’ll definitely call them again.

I had felt uneasy about the bid process, I had gotten so many differing opinions it was hard to diagnose the issue. That all changed when Tim arrived, he was incredibly knowledgeable, patient and honest with his estimate and took time to walk me through all his thinking around our water heater and potential other plumbing work. Great experience w/ Planet Plumbing. Chase was communicative, detail oriented, competent, and kind. He corrected the prior homeowner's crappy installation and taught me how to better maintain the new installation. I called at 7 AM and they were onsite by 9:45. Pricing was fair. Ask for Chase when you call! Update: Darren made a followup visit for a different problem and was also great. Helpful and informative, and fixed the problem. Second great experience with Planet Plumbing.
