I called this company because I couldn’t get my pilot lit. I thought it was because of the flu because there was so much air coming in and blowing out the pilot. Don walked me through how to fix it and it worked. I will definitely have him out to do the maintenance in the fall. Thanks again Don 😊
Don was terrific with my Fireplace issue. On a Sunday, Don walked me through everything on the phone and explained in detail for almost an hour until I was able to fix the issue. Don did not charge me anything and never need to come to my house to work on the issue. Hi highly recommend Don!

We are so pleased with Aaron Gas Fireplace Services. Don and his partner Nancy are very expert and take pride in making your fireplace like new. They are also kind and very neat - having moved the carpet to be sure not to stain in. Son takes great pride in his work. I highly recommend them! We are in Smithville in a 20 year old home. We painted and have new floors, but the fireplace did not work. Thanks to Don, now we are cozy.
Thank you, Don! The gas fireplace in our new home hadn't been converted to natural gas when the previous owner switched from LP to natural gas. Don put us on his busy schedule to convert the fireplace and install a new remote control. It was a few hour job for him to change it over, but he did a fine job. He had all the parts needed to get the old burner system running on natural gas. The flame burns great and the remote is extremely handy! We highly recommend Fireplaces First to service your gas fireplace!
