We recently completed building our new modular home in Mystic Island, New Jersey with Jersey Shore Modular (JSM), and we couldn’t be happier with the results. The house is stunning and has truly become our dream home, thanks to the dedication and expertise of the JSM team. From the very beginning, Mike Dayer, president of JSM, was attentive and responsive to our needs. He worked closely with us throughout the entire project, helping us modify the design to create a home that perfectly matched our vision. Mike’s commitment to customer satisfaction made the process smooth and enjoyable. One aspect that truly set JSM apart was their “all in” estimate. The budget included everything: the modular home itself, the deck, enclosing the bottom of the house, and landscaping. This comprehensive approach made it easy for us to determine what additions we could afford while staying within our personal budget—no surprises or hidden costs. One of the key experiences is to watch the house get “set” on the foundation. Seeing the pieces of the house on flatbeds and then hoisted by crane to their final spots was really cool. The whole house was set, seamed together and finished so it was watertight in about 8 hours. To complete the construction, the JSM team—Tom, Zack, and John—were fantastic to work with. They offered valuable suggestions for upgrades and addressed any issues that came up during construction promptly and professionally. Their combined expertise and attention to detail gave us confidence every step of the way. Upon completion, any punch list items were documented and addressed quickly by the JSM team. Their commitment to quality and customer satisfaction was evident throughout the final stages, ensuring that every detail met our expectations. Mike Dayer and the JSM team stand firmly behind their product. It is clear that they genuinely care about making sure their customers are completely satisfied. We are thrilled with our new home and highly recommend Jersey Shore Modular to anyone considering building a modular home in the area.
