Well first time we called they rushed my wife off the phone and then I Facebook messaged and got a decent response went out there to see the coal selection bought 11 bag $110 which is $10 per bag so we got a ton had it delievered with the extreme cold we had we went thru that being said my wife called Heather answered told us there ding deliver 1 ton my wife said yes you do if it’s bagged we had it delivered last month she took my wife name and number so I messaged the Facebook page again they responded saying she was new sorry for the misunderstanding and that they would get ahold of my wife soon okay I thanked them my wife called the next morning cause she heard nothing got told they was out in the field this was like noon again no call that day then I messaged cause we are suppose to have a brutal Saturday this week 2/7/2026 they called my wife today 2/6/2026 my wife said we are gonna have someone come pick up the ton all they said was okay my go gets there with his pick up truck for them to tell him that they don’t have a ton he said I see two ton seating out back he said that’s for other customers like you didn’t bother to tell my wife that this morning? Oh no that right you wanted to make money of delivering it too now mind you as I said earlier when we wet the first time for those 11 bags we paid $10 per bag they told the friend they only have 10 bags now a ton to which my wife told him to grab to our surprise the total was $120 now bags went up $2 too? Never again will they get my business I will go without before coming here again I will travel to Montrose for tall pine before here again terrible way to do business horrible hopefully you reap what you sow!
