Honest and knowledgeable. Qualities that you want when you meet a sales rep. I met the kindest, cheerful, knowledgeable, honest sales person in the business. He suggested doors to me and then changed a light bulb for me, I told him I could not reach the light in the garage, even with the ladder. Simply HE IS THE MOST TRUST-WORTHY GENTLEMAN I MET IN THE WILKES-BARRE AREA!
We're building a new house and the GC had Lynn OH door as their recommendation. We weren't disappointed. We needed doors for one-car and two-car stalls. Daron, the owner, was personally involved helping us review options from the basic allowance with the builder to more featured doors. Single vs. double wall construction, thickness, type, amount of insulation, we reviewed the options. We settled on double wall foamed insulation with an awesome aesthetic and excellent insulative properties. We're in the Northeast US and not planning to heat the attached garage directly. The heat provided by one "warm wall" of the house and the heated bonus room above will be all the on-slab garage receives. I never felt pressured or as if I was being "sold-up" dealing with them. Although we didn't opt for the top end we did move up from the builders spec and so glad we did. In the Clopay literature they refer to the Intellicore doors as: "Warmer. Quieter. Stronger." and that is spot-on. Kudos to whoever came up with that tag. Our doors seal tightly, sound, feel and are solid, operate smoothly/quietly and look awesome with the factory order black paint on the double panel design. I'm "almost" looking forward to winter to see how warm the garage stays when in the teens and single digits outside (deg F). I did some price comparisons to big-box hardware stores and Lynn Doors was right in there where they needed to be. Installation was what you want, not a single issue that needed to be resolved. Credit to builder, Summit Point Construction in Dallas, PA for having selected such outstanding subcontractors.
