Kudos to Lisa in customer service for setting up service. She is delightful to converse with. Our technician Greg is knowledgeable, courteous and supplies a few anecdotes for our laughter. Our Jotul stove was a great investment.

We bought a leisureline coal stove here in late spring ,we stopped to look at stoves and Zona helped us out with all our questions and sold us what we was looking for. When we started it up we had some questions about setting it up so we went to talk to her and she helped us out ,she is a great person to deal with.I would definitely do business with them again and would highly recommend them. The team was very helpful. Located a pilot assembly for a Mendota on a truck, retrieved and held, and also located the other two parts I needed.

Just had a replacement fireplace installed in 5 hours. Was able to keep the original oak surround which Woody did 26 yrs. Ago. Excellent service. Bill and the team were very polite and efficient. I give Woody's an A+. Thank you Pat & Jack.
