Had a fire xtrodinaire installed and it is an amazing wood burning fireplace. Has a green start, heat conversion and fresh air feed. The fire produces circulating heat with a variable speed blower and can heat up to 2400 sf. The installation was performed professionally and in a timely manner. Highly recommend this company very easy to work with.
If I could give them ZERO stars I would.They installed the fireplace in our home and we have called them many times over the last year and a half to come and do repairs which we are completely willing to pay for. Calls always go to voicemail and then they never return a call. Avoid this using them if you ever need to have anything fixed that they installed. Literally have never worked with a company like this. Horrible way to run a company Maureen.
Had a great experience with this company to convert my gas fireplace to electric. Maureen was a pleasure to work with...very knowledgeable, coordinated the entire process, responded promptly to phone calls & texts. Highly recommended!!
Maureen and the gentleman working when I went into the store were both very helpful. I was having trouble with my Heat and Glo remote. They offered to order me a new one, but the. They were able to troubleshoot it right there on the spot. She even texted me the next day to make sure it was working when I got home. Thank you Maureen!
The person answering my call was courteous and responsive to our needs for repair of our daughter’s fireplace that was installed by them. The repair technician came in time as scheduled and did a great job without trying to up the cost with any unnecessary repairs or replacement of parts. The price was exactly as quoted. I’m not giving the fifth star due to the fact that our daughter had some trouble getting her initial call returned.
