Connor was the service tech that came to diagnose and repair our gas fireplace. He was professional, knowledgeable and courteous. Connor did a great job repairing and cleaning our 18 year old fireplace. The office staff was great scheduling and keeping us up to speed on when our work was scheduled to be done. I would not hesitate to call them again if we need repairs to our fireplace in the future.
We went back to FSP after a good experience with them in the past (they stoned over a wood fireplace) They were very helpful in the showroom. We selected a beautiful stone from one of the fireplaces in their store but what was installed in our new build looked nothing like it did in the store. While I understand that the mined stones can look a little different they should have current photos of the stones we definitely wouldn’t have picked that stone had we known it wasn’t actually going to look like the display stone. I am adding a photo to show the top is the “gray wolf” stone from their display and the bottom is what we got. So disappointing.
Connor did a fantastic job on our two fireplaces… He cleaned them thoroughly and did all the necessary maintenance. He also suggested a few things we could do for our bedroom fireplace regarding questions I had. I appreciated his help!
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Connor came out today (11/3) to clean and repair our fireplace fan motor, and he was awesome! Super friendly, right on time, and clearly knew what he was doing. He explained everything, got it all fixed up, and even cleaned up before he left. Our fireplace is running so much better (and quieter!) now. Definitely recommend Connor if you need any fireplace work done — such a great experience!
