Claxton Fireplace Center Inc- OMAHA

We just had Claxton convert our wood-burning fireplace to a ventless gas unit. We have a poorly insulated lower level but hadn’t burned a fire in over a decade. The new fireplace is wonderful and we use the thermostat feature on the remote control to easily keep the area comfortable every day. The installation crew was great, although our older home posed some unexpected issues that required rerouting the gas line. Highly recommend, They put a new fireplace insert and changed the outside to nice bricks. It lasted 8 years until we had a service call. The tech was outstanding. Its like brand new again. It is a fair price as exceptional quality.

We decided on Claxton Fireplace Center. From the salesman to the installation it all was very professional. Communication was excellent from start to finish. The unit for actually heating our basement turned out excellent, even if we lost electricity! We plan to do the final wall work ourselves.

Needed a mantel shield and a blower for my second fire place from Claxton. Dan came over during a blizzard to give me a bid. Dan did a great job explaining everything to me that I needed. Just got it installed yesterday in Claxton fireplace went above and beyond. I would really like to thank Carlos the installer that took pride and everything he did and make sure everything was right before he left. I can't thank him enough. I will recommend this company to everyone I know that needs a fireplace.
