I had an amazing experience at Palen Music. Jeff was awesome โ he went above and beyond to help me with my purchase. The first guitar I bought ended up having a small issue, and Jeff brought in another one, set it up, restrung it, and had me ready to go in no time. Super friendly, fast, and professional โ you can tell he really cares about his customers and knows his stuff. Couldnโt be happier with the service and how the guitar plays now. Highly recommend asking for Jeff if you go in!

Visited this store today while on a trip to KC. Wanted to try something new in the way of a music store. Lots of guitars, a few effects pedals and accessories, some band instruments, several guitar amps, little in the way of bass amps and even less in the way of bass guitars. There were three. Three bass guitars. Fifty or more electric guitars and an equal amount of acoustic guitars with a wide variety of each. But as a bassist, I was incredibly disappointed with the absence of bass guitars in this store. I went out of my way to get there for nothing. Add to that there was one employee present who was occupied with another customer, and the a... Visited this store today while on a trip to KC. ๐ค๐ค๐ค๐ฒ๐ฅ What a place we just discovered! ! I'm here with my wife and daughter, and we where amazed ! ! They have a " cali brunch style brunch! With live music ( some times DJ.) Drinks and good food! .... close to freeway! And personal where very nice! ! Short on personal! But the manager aproch , and offered a nice service! You have to check the place and give me your thoughts!
