We had a DJI Mavic 3 Pro Drone that had been crashed into a tree. The Gimbal Shock Absorber Board Gimbal Vibration Absorption Damping Bracket was broken. Steve the owner was very honest and straight forward about the cost that would likely be associated with the necessary repairs would not be worth it. Steve gave me some good advice on making the repairs myself if I chose to do so and to let him know how it goes. With this drone being so expensive I ordered the parts to replace the Absorber myself. I ended up needing to replace the Gimbal Yaw Motor as well. Once I completed the work I tried to Calibrate the drone but kept getting an error. I gave Steve a call back and arranged to have him Calibrate the drone with the DJI software. I took the drone to Steve and he did do his part but it was still throwing an error and Steve recommended contacting DJI directly to have them do the factory Calibration. Steve also complemented the work I preformed and was so very helpful. Steve was very kind and it was refreshing working with him to get this drone working. DJI ended up getting a warranty replacement sent out to us in the end. With the parts and Steve's fees we invested less than 300 into the repair. The warranty was previously paid for so we did not have to worry about that additional cost. Steve gave me such great advice throughout the process. We are so very grateful to Steve for all he did!
