Took three different days to put in one 15 foot gas line. The gas company said if they had done it they would not have run in through the inside of the house. Plus he used the wrong kind of fitting so the gas co. said we can never fill in the hole in the house. He promised an estimate, but never gave one. Then charged nearly $1500 for a job that should have cost MUCH less. This was in December and by December 30th I received a certified letter from them due to non-payment with intent to file a mechanics lien. It arrived just after I paid his bill in full. It then included an $87 charge for paying online (I did not use a credit or debit card) plus a late fee PLUS a charge for certified mail. I will NOT be paying any of these additional fees. He was paid in the same month that he did the work.
