Great service, personable staff, knowledgeable and efficient technicians! I called Arctic Air in a bit of a panic to have some duct work replaced after having a new water heater installed. The receptionist, Shea, was kind, empathetic, and very responsive. The technician, Aaron, came out within a couple of hours, bid the job, went for parts, and completed the job all in the same day....at a very fair price! These people exemplify a high standard of service that is heartwarming. Congratulations to the company owners, Konrad & Brittany, for employing such excellent people. Small, family owned businesses are the backbone of our country and I'm delighted to give this company 5 stars!

Working with Artic Air to replace my old HVAC system was seamless! When purchasing my home at the end of 2021 I knew I had an older system that was going to need to be replaced. I hired Artic to do maintenance on it in 2025 and as both my AC and furnace were on their last legs, they advised both repair and replacement options. After receiving their quote, I got another quote from an HVAC company in the valley and Arctic's quote was A LOT more budget friendly and still provided a quality system. I highly recommend working with Jason and Artic Air if you are looking for a company to help you replace your old system.

Arctic Air has taken care our AC/HVAC systems for many years. When our furnace started to age out and needed increasing replacement parts, Arctic Air guided us through the decision to euthanize the old furnace and helped us decide on a furnace that would best fit our needs. Matt arrived right on schedule to install the new one and did a very professional job and gave great instructions on using the new thermostat. Thank you to the entire crew for an excellent job!
