Roman from Family Chimney Sweeps was very professional. He explained the chimney sweep process that included taking photos showing us the shape of our fireplace and chimney were in and explained what are options were for making repairs to keeping it a wood burning fireplace or converting it to gas either vented or ventless. We were very pleased with the visit. My only regret was not having Family Chimney Sweeps service our chimney sooner!

Jeremiah was punctual, informative, knowledgeable and professional. He painted the inside of our fireplace. He went above and beyond by taking it apart to paint it outside to eliminate the smell of paint in the house and to ensure there was no over spray since I was concerned. I have used Family Chimney Sweeps for client and personal work before and they are THE BEST! I highly recommend this. Our fireplace is stunning!!
