I can’t recommend Tatay Well Service enough. After dealing with intermittent issues with our old well, we tried calling several other companies only to get no answer and no response. Tatay was the complete opposite, they had someone ready to take our call and responded to our issues immediately. The brothers, Beehler and Lucas, are spectacular! They made us feel comfortable and confident from the start. Beehler came out right away to assess the situation, spending as much time as I needed to understand our water usage and helping me make the best decisions for our family’s needs and budget. He answered all my technical questions with ease and set very clear expectations for the entire process. The true test came on a cold, snowy, windy day when our well finally gave out, leaving us with no water. One text was all it took. Lucas and the team prioritized us and rolled out ASAP. Incredibly, they managed to drill the new well and get our water running again that very same day. Lucas was also remarkably thorough with the cleanup, refusing to leave until he was certain we were happy with the site. They treated our home with respect and made us feel like family.
