I paid $240 to have my “chimney cleaned out”. One of the employees came for approximately 40 minutes and was done. Did not get on the roof, did not clean out the off shoot where the old ashes go. Just brought in a shop vac and light and cleaned out the main center piece. I had no clue what was done until I looked closer recently. The employee then told me I needed some extra work done to remortor the main section and would cost $90 for him to come do and I absolutely agreed and we planned a week from that day. Mind you it was 10/30/2025 and he was to come the following Tuesday 11/04. Never came. No big deal accidents happen and people forget. I call because he did not come at that time scheduled. I was advised he had to order the product and he was waiting for it to come. Fine. A week goes by and I still don’t hear anything. I wanted my chimney to be functional for Thanksgiving. I call again a week later no answer. I leave a message advising I am frustrated so on so forth. I get called back and told they are waiting for it to come still. And told it would be the following week. I am fuming at this point because I don’t get told anything and left in the dark. The mortar cement can be bought at any home store and seemed like it was a quick fix. I still haven’t heard anything and called and left another message and got no return call. Frustrated is how I feel.
