I had a wonderful experience at Fabri Jewelers in Bellevue with Doug and Jacob, and I feel compelled to leave a review because service like this deserves recognition. I visited Fabri on February 3rd while in my early shopping stage shopping for a replacement engagement ring (to celebrate my 10-year wedding anniversary), and from start to finish, it was hands-down the best jewelry experience I’ve ever had. First, their online customization platform is one of the most comprehensive and user-friendly solitaire design tool I’ve used (ability to customize metal, band width, setting style, prong style, and more) — comparative to my other online shopping, I feel that this tool is unmatched in how detailed and customizable it is. On top of that, they provide support not only in-store, but also through private text communication, which made the entire process feel personal, modern, and incredibly convenient. I appreciate that I didn't have to make a trip in to get an early idea of how much their options might cost for the design I had in mind. I determined online, and via text that Fabri was a standout option, with pricing in the realm of my budget; so I came into the showroom. During my visit, Doug and Jacob were exceptionally attentive without being pushy — the perfect balance. The showroom itself is impressive, with countless options for stone sizes, band widths, and settings. What stood out most was how creative and thoughtful they were in helping me visualize the ring I wanted, when the exact ring design that wasn’t something they had on display. They pulled different samples from around the store, paired various band widths with multiple stone sizes, and walked me through every possibility with patience and expertise. I also asked about purchasing a stackable wedding band, and in a moment of genuine integrity, Doug actually advised, “I wouldn’t order that right now — wait until you finalize an engagement ring, then choose what pairs best with it.” Any other jeweler could have tried to upsell immediately, but Doug and Jacob were clearly focused on what was truly best for their customers, not just making a sale. They didn't pressure me into a decision. Instead, they educated me, addressed concerns thoughtfully, and offered to follow up via text with a more detailed quote once I had processed everything we discussed. While I didn’t make a purchase during this visit, I left extremely impressed and truly appreciative of the time, care, and professionalism they showed me. Whether or not I ultimately place this order with them, Doug and Jacob deserve recognition for the honesty and attention they provide. I will certainly be back, one way or another. Fabri Jewelers is a gem — and so are the people who work there. Highly, highly recommend.

My new favorite jewelry store! I needed to reset my diamond in a new ring and I had a pretty good idea of what I wanted but knew it would likely need to be custom. I sent Doug my inspiration photos and he got back to me within 24 hours with a design that absolutely nailed what I’d sent him. I was impressed so I decided to visit the shop in person and was instantly wowed by their inventory. They have hundreds of rings out and you get a velvet tray to collect the ones you like most for try on. I got to try on tons of styles and really get a feel for what I liked most on my hands and for my diamond shape— once I’d tried on a bunch of samples, Jacob (Doug’s son) walked me through the design process as we pulled certain elements from all the different rings I liked and tweaked my original design idea. He explained everything clearly to me and I left feeling very excited about what we’d come up with together. Within 2 days he sent me mock ups for a few versions of the ring we designed, and when I asked to make some more revisions it was no problem. Within a few days I was holding a design for the most perfect custom ring that was everything I’d been dreaming of. About 2-3 weeks later my ring was complete and I brought my diamond in to be set, and 24 hours after that I was wearing the most gorgeous ring I’ve ever seen (and I can say that I designed it!! So cool). If you want great selection, beautiful quality, and really caring customer service this is absolutely the best place you can go. I will never buy fine jewelry anywhere else! I recently had an amazing experience at a jewelry store in Washington, where they designed the perfect engagement ring for me. I couldn’t believe the price—they offered the best deal around! The customer service really stood out. After I bought the ring, they offered to clean it for free, which was such a nice touch. Plus, I brought in a piece of jewelry that I hadn’t purchased there, and they kindly fixed it at no charge! Doug, thank you for your professionalism and for going above and beyond. I highly recommend this store to anyone looking for beautiful jewelry and a genuinely caring team!

My parents were visiting Seattle and were looking for a wedding ring and band for my fiance to buy for me. I had been wanting a ring in the shape of a hexagon that I had only been able to find online, which I was not comfortable with purchasing. Doug spoke with my parents and talked to them about making a custom ring. He called me over the phone and asked me about my preferences and said that my custom ring would be ready in time for my wedding, which was very close, only 3 to 4 weeks away from when he met my parents. Doug went above and beyond to find and cut the stone I wanted, and worked off of pictures I sent him. He sent us a computerized design of the ring before making it to ensure it was to my liking. Doug was very polite, helpful, knowledgeable, and made sure I had my dream ring, and in time for my wedding! It was designed, made, and shipped to me so quickly, it got there the week before my wedding! All the other local and corporate jewelers in Texas were either unwilling to do custom work or it would take too long. Doug is amazing, as is his work! Highly recommended!
