Caroline, tom & Sam ! Best staff and BEYOND HELPFUL. This is my favorite jewelry store because of its unique style. This is my Go-to place for my husband whenever I want to buy something for our anniversary or special occasions.
Poor sales practices. My mom went in with the intention of buying me a 22-24 inches silver chain to go with a large pendant she previosly gifted me. The salesperson told her that young girls don't wear long necklaces and she should by no means go longer than 18 inches. Well that "18 inch" necklace only measures 17 inches and barely fits! I tried to exchange for longer chain and pay the difference but was told it was too late. The whole thing felt like ploy to get me to buy a 2nd chain. And now I have a useless chain and pendent that still needs a chain. The staff are obviously trained to churn and burn customers but pretend like they didn't know any better.
Everything is super cute but the prices are absurd for the quality. I bought several pieces here 3 months ago (earrings and a bracelet) to upgrade my old drug store/target jewelry and everything has broken. EVERYTHING. My old jewelry cost one third the price and has lasted for years :(
Darling pieces and great service but oh my the quality is not there. I bought studs from here not once but TWICE and they never stay in, always falling out. I’ve bought similar styles from Primark and Target that held up longer than from here. Super unfortunate.
Do. Not. Go. Here. Yes, the prices are good but every single thing I have from here breaks. I literally wore one of their dangly earrings and they broke as I was putting them on. I take really good care of my jewelry and I was really hopeful about their pieces but it’s extremely disappointing when everything keeps breaking (including a broken bracket that I’m staring at that I’ve had for less than a year).
