Good experience. Easy to schedule, they were on time, nice, professional and found the problem quickly. Sent me a quote to fix and was able to easily schedule the next visit.Came back a day later and repaired, very happy with the experience. If your washer has to break, nice to be able to find a quick solution with Eastside Appliance.
Eastside Appliance was easy to work with, knowledgeable and had good communication for our bosch microwave repair. They will be our first call if we need service again. They came out within a day of calling to diagnose the problem.
Great experience with EAR to fix our leaking dishwasher. I called around 12pm on Friday, Dimitri showed up at 2pm and pinpointed the root cause within 10 mins. Upon my repair approval, he immediately ordered replacement parts and came back the very next Monday. Dimitri even helped pulling out DW, patiently waited for us to clean up leak residues and replace moldy insulation. He also set up a high loop for our DW drain hose since it didn't have an air gap. Their diagnostic fee was very competitive, and offset into the final repair fee. We definitely would use this company again.
What a wonderful experience! I was shocked that our repair tech was able to diagnose and replace the non functioning part within his two hour window. No ordering of the critical part and waiting a month for it to arrive. Efficient, knowledgable, personable, and reasonable! I’m so impressed!
I had some leaking issues with a Fridgedaire/Electrlux freezer. Called EAR and Dimitri was at my home in 30 minutes. Knowledgeable, polite and efficient. Problem solved with some additional notes and advice going forward. Great service!
